Awareness campaign against war

The people who started a nonviolent struggle against compulsory military service, today we call all generations to fight against war—against all types of war, genocide and violence—, against its causes and with all nonviolent means, including the creation of alternatives to armies to abolish war.

We call to object, denounce, not cooperate, disobey… and commit to:

• Conscious consumption in companies that do not invest in or manufacture weapons

• Conscious work in companies that do not obtain benefits from wars

• Conscious information in media and networks that do not create a climate of war

• A conscious tax that does not contribute to armed defense spending and investment

• I consciously vote for candidates who reject war and militarization…

• Welcoming resisters, objectors, insubordinates, fugitives, deserters, refugees…

• Promote alternatives to armed and violent military defense

• Contribute to the network of Nonviolent Self-Defense centers as a citizen to train and prepare an Unarmed and Nonviolent Popular Defense
